This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located. The first day I arrived the restaurant was very busy with general customers for Sunday brunch, and it was almost impossible to get the free breakfast. Aside from that it was excellent!

Staff was pretty helpful the only staff I interacted with was front desk and one time with cleaning lady the hotel is perfect if you want more of a local perspective having coffee in the park or a drink. So many restaurants, bars shops near by and the church of course. Grocery stores and pharmacy’s. If your looking to party your in the wrong neighborhood, it’s about 20 min away from el poblado with no traffic and further away from La 70.. make sure your reservation is correct I brought my fiancée and didn’t realize I did not enter two people. Well even though room capacity is for two people I was charged an extra $20 per day total 100 for the extra person. Luckily hotels.com actually credited me and that’s why I will continue to use them. Breakfast was delicious restaurant people (Magda cafe in the hotel) are friendly and kind.

Just as an advise, please check the guess refrigerator and count the items while entering in your room, that way you evict misunderstandings because if there is something missing they may charge you for the missing items! But off course if you explain that you didn’t consume the items they are very kind and helpful to understand and no charges will be placed. Other wise the personal are very nice and very educated!!

Quedarnos en este hotel con nuestras hijas fue una experiencia espectacular. La habitación era hermosa, muy cómoda y con una limpieza impecable. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud con una sonrisa. El desayuno en Siempre Magda Café fue delicioso, y su equipo brindó un servicio excepcional. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Alexis (venezolano), quien siempre hizo todo lo posible para que nos fuéramos felices del café. Su amabilidad y disposición realmente marcaron la diferencia durante nuestra estadía. La ubicación del hotel también es perfecta. Está rodeado de excelentes restaurantes y lugares para comer, tomar algo y disfrutar, pero sin el alboroto que suele encontrarse en otras zonas de Medellín. En todo momento nos sentimos muy seguros, algo que para nosotros, al viajar en familia, fue muy importante. Sin duda, lo recomendaría con los ojos cerrados y volveríamos una y mil veces más. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia inolvidable!
