The cleaning staff la Señora Luz Maria went above and beyond to assist me with things I requested!! Ms. Eva was also extremely helpful. I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! All the employees of this hotel were exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful with views of the city especially from the roof top and the pool!! Definitely top notch hotel and the service was also amazing!! Definitely my 1 choice when I come back to Medellin!! Thank you!!!

This is a really beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent food. Parking is beneath the hotel, so access is easy. Rooms are spotless, and the shower head and hot water are amazing.

I stayed in the penthouse and this spot is awesome... the staff and amenties are good as well. There is a pool on the roof with a bar and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor which was so convenient for breakfast after hanging out all night. I recommend this spot especially now that Hilton has invested in it. It's going to get only better

We had a great experience staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and comfortable, spotless, the AC work very well, the location was right in the middle of the best areas of the city not too far by car to the Provenza area and all the nice resturants and bars in town, keep in mind the Medelling is heavy in traffic. Most of the time, so 5 miles by car can be an easy 20 to 30 minutes due to traffic. The gem of this hotel is the rooftop, with a very nice view of the city. The food and drinks were as good as the food. I would recommend anyone to stay, as we will definitely be back at this hotel soon.

Overall a great hotel Food is ok but a little overpriced for what it really is considering the great restaurants in the area Water pressure and temperature in the shower aren’t up to standards for this type of hotel Same for the beds, they are ok but if you take the king size in the “2 twins or king” option the middle separation joint is very uncomfortable
