We had a loverly stay at Hotel Helene. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The rooms are a bit small but cozy and very romantic. There is a nice vegan restaurant beside the hotel and a nice rooftop bar/restaurant.

Nice hotel and conveniently located for a leisure weekend. Not recommended if you are on business as there are no wardrobes in the room. The lack of windows in the room might feel you uncomfortable. Staff were really nice and attentive and very helpful.

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is fantastic—quiet, yet close to everything you need. Great location, and service. Just steps away from a supermarket, gym, restaurants, and many clubs/pubs. Very friendly and attentive staff. I'd definitely stay there again and I would recommended to friends.

I found this place online in a hurry after leaving a bad experience. The lobby is really neat--you walk in from the street and it's over in the corner across from the bar. It's in a great location with many eating options and Mondongo's is just a block away. I chose a small room, but it was so neat--behind the bed headboard on one side is the bathroom, and on the other, the shower. I loved my room! But the staff here is INCREDIBLE! I ended up leaving my iPhone in a cab, and they all jumped in to help. I met the General Manager Daniel Torres the next morning, and he jumped to his feet and offered me any and all assistance. I owe a great debt to him, Santiago, Paola, Samuel, and Catherine. They were the best. Daniel offered to take me anywhere I needed, like to buy a replacement phone or what have you. He made arrangements for me to get a phone plan outside of Colombia when he found out the pace where I got my new phone sold me one for just local calls. I would gladly stay here again and again. The staff is like a little family and they run a well-oiled machine. What a blessing to stay there for 3 nights and be with them. They took great care of me.

I had a blast at Hotel Helene in Medellin! I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of this boutique hotel. The soul of the place is quite unique with "une élégance à la française" (a french touch). The staff is also amazing: special mention to Esteban from Front Desk and Xavier from the restaurant. You can't go wrong with this hotel. I can't wait to be back myself.
