"The neighborhood wasn’t good "

"Pool is cute and sauna is nice, although you have to schedule a time to use the sauna, so plan ahead. Also, it’s not so easy to find so also plan in some extra time to wander around and find sauna before scheduled time. The room was nice however it was very noisy from both hallway traffic and road traffic….I think the walls are pretty thin. Nothing special, staff didn’t go out of their way to say hello or make me feel comfortable or welcome. No breakfast, just lemon water in lobby, very basic. There was nothing about the experience that would bring me back to book this hotel a second time. It got the job don’t for one night, before going to the airport at the end of my travels. "

"Elevator did not work, bath light couldn’t be turned off, the sink had a water leak and breakfast was not refilled quick enough "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty—both the floors and carpets looked stained, almost like there were blood spots, which was honestly disturbing. The faucet leaked constantly throughout my entire stay, and the shower was missing proper latches, making it difficult to use. On top of that, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get any decent rest. The outside environment didn’t feel safe either—there were multiple people lingering around the property asking for money, which made me very uneasy. I understand this was one of the cheaper options in the area, but basic cleanliness, safety, and functionality should still be expected. Unfortunately, this place did not meet even those standards. I would not stay here again."

"La tensión del personal es excelente, sólo que cuando llegamos algo pasó con la calefacción del agua porque no había agua caliente para dársela la ducha, pero las repararon unas horas después este es mi segunda vez en el hotel Julián y lo mismo opine en la primera vez que lo que haría mejor, sus cuartos de habitación, sería el tener un pequeño refrigerador y microondas. Por lo demás, siempre que tengo oportunidad volveré a Hotel Julián"
