"全てにおいてとても素晴らしいホテルです。 フロントデスクで働かれているエドワルドさんとエリザベスさん方々とても素晴らしく人格者です。毎2ヶ月ごとにこのホテルを利用してますが、一度も問題が有った事はありません。ただ一つだけ懸念があるのはカンパイラウンジで働けれているフロアーマネージャーの人です。過去に2度手違いやトラブルがありました。彼は昨夜も働いていました。デザート🍰と美味しいコーヒーを楽しんでいましたが、何故かいきなり私に対して、コーヒーをお持ち帰りにしますか？と意味不明な事を尋ねられました。非常にびっくりしましたし、失礼で無礼極まりない人なんだと自身も驚愕したところですが。彼はこの素晴らしいホテルのグレードを下げてます。正直なところ何故この様な人間がこの素晴らしいホテルで、しかもマネジャーポシションにいるのか⁉️理解に苦しみます。 フロントデスクのエドワルドさんとエリザベスさんには本当に感謝の言葉でいっぱいです！ 滞在中色々とお世話になり、ありがとうございました😊。"

"The stay at Fiona was good, but nothing exceptional. I believe the pictures for not reflect the reality in the room. Rooms would welcome a bit of an update. Cleaning of the room was also not the best; I had a chair that had marks and dust and that could have been easily cleaned, but were not. The bathroom ceiling was a bit damaged with holes in the paint and some black spots. The people at the reception, however, were always great, supportive, welcoming. Erika was fantastic."

"The restaurant is really good. The rooms have been updated, so they are comfortable. Parking is valet-only, and cost extra per night. That was the only thing I didn't like. We would stay there again."

"PROPERTY: well-maintained hotel site, with off-street parking included (and not just an open driveway, there's a garage door to keep cars secure. Staff was friendly. Impressively stocked vending machines... the instant noodles came in handy after we got home from a long night. ROOM: room was generally quite clean (the occasional small stain on a pillowcase or towel, but of little annoyance), Plenty of mirrors, including a full-length and a magnifying beauty mirror. Mini fridge, microwave and a handy storage tray cabinet. The shower got hot and the water pressure was decent. I enjoyed the wall-mounted full size toiletries. The mattress sagged a bit on one side but the bed was still comfy. OVERALL: a very decent hotel option for a very reasonable price."
