"Cons: The water of the shower is slow. The bowl is hard to flush. The elevator starts at 2nd floor. They won't give official receipt if you book online. Booking online is very expensive. I paid 3000 for standard room only. The price for standard room if you go directly to the hotel is only 1500. 3000 pesos is for deluxe room already. Key card malfunctions. No soap and shampoo. Pros: The location is strategic. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good, it's included. Coffee is free. Aircon...

"Pros - it is strategically located in downtown and in the market area with restaurants , taxi , jeepney etc. Rooms are big size with good housekeeping. Cons - Aircons and televisions are vintage old now and need to be replaced. LED tvs are there everywhere now. Aircons.arent performing well. Some hangers in cupboards , provision of glasses and ice for drinks sold by the Pension House are suggested. "
