"The hotel is nice and good for a traveler who needs a night or two's stay in Sunderland. The only weak point is the freakbast, which was very ordinary. A boiled or fried egg will only cost the hotel more than 20p, but it will make the menu a lot more attractive."

"First time staying on business, asked for a fifty pound deposit in case I cause damage to the room ? I travel throughout the UK never been asked before for a deposit for the room. Went to the downstairs pub for a drink and some food, told the barman I was a resident and could I open a tab, barman refused saying I might run off without paying? Food awful left the meal and will not be returning."

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "
