"The room smelled a little musty but other than that, it was a nice room with comfortable beds. With there being 4 of us, it was nice having 2 bathrooms."

"Dirty pool, broken hot tub, garbage outside, outdoor pool closed and then a COCKROACH in our bathroom. "

"The food could be a little higher quality for the price. I enjoyed the water park but occasionally it smelled like a sewer. The hot tub could be a few degrees hotter (maybe 104). Not sure why my room’s GFCI outlet turned off randomly while I was sleeping after I pressed RESET."

"we did not use any ammenities as we were there 2 nights. But it was spacious for an excellent price, as it was the off season. My only beef was that the sales presentation went on and on and my assigned sales people, who were very nice, did not keep their presentation (and accompanying sales pressure) to the agreed upon time. I basically felt captured/kidnapped! They did finally give me the gifts."

"Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Our room had a water leak from the upper level into our tub through an inspection door. They said they had no prior knowledge of the leak and gave us another room. I know they had maintenance look at it after I told they about it. "

"Parking was easy, and convenient. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean, and no evidence of bed bugs. Mattress was haaaaard tho, and that essentially, was why we were there. To sleep. It was like sleeping on the floor. The outdoor pool was not open yet, so can't review that. And, we didn't eat breakfast there, so can't review that either. Over all stay was nice, and pretty quiet. But, if you don't sleep well on a hard mattress, you might do better somewhere else. "
