Stayed one night in a double king for a triathlon in the area. Room was spacious, wing-backed chairs comfortable, and I greatly appreciated the coffee-maker so that I could have a cuppa at 5am. Would definitely stay again!
Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping.
The Princess Ann resort is old but updated and awesome. Very clean and safe. Kids were playing in the parking lot with parents and friends supervising. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a big ceiling fan to augment the AC. Definitely worth it for the price!
We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
The motel was clearly built some time ago but has been considerably upgraded and was very nice. I didnt arrive until late at night, had a parking spot right in front of my room. The lady who was at the front desk was great - a problem with the key lock on my room was taken care of quickly. The room was very clean and quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I got an early morning wake up call right on time. I'd be happy to stay again - thanks.
This was a great stopover on our way to the Outer Banks. The room was clean and the staff was nice. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. We'll stay here again for sure.
Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!
The white light next to the door attracted so many bugs they got into the room. The WiFi didn’t work, couldn’t establish an IP. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Disliked: Amenities
I had booked a room with 2 beds and the room only had on king sized bed. Limited parking. Had to park on the street outside our room. Air condition did not work well. There was a party going on in the next room that lasted until 12:00 midnight. Event at the good price, I would not stay there again.
The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the TV was larger than at most hotels. Plenty of channels for all of us, adults and kids. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with wifi. One of the staff members came to my room to help within minutes. The location is great. There is an Aldi grocery store within four minutes and many food options available within a five minute drive. The only complaint I have is that the carpets could use a good cleaning. My families feet were black from the carpet within an hour. We had to wash our feet and wear shoes the rest of our stay. For the price, I would definitely book again. I would just make sure I bring flip flops or something to wear on my feet. I don't know if all of the rooms were like that or just ours, though.
The only thing I didn’t like was other guest letting their little children outside after midnight and they kept knocking on my room door and window. But I know the staff aren’t liable some parents parenting.
Staff was kind but WiFi was not working. Upon checkout we were told that we should have reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that they were working on it at the moment so it works in some rooms, not others. No additional linens in the room and had to request extra blankets and received one. TV was not working. Upon checkout we were offered that a manager could possibly give a discount on a future stay for our troubles…we will not be returning.
Being an older motel it was very quaint. Our room was very accommodating in size and was very clean. Great location and price. Would definitely stay here again and suggest checking it out! Great job!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly, and the property has a lot of character that is in line with Williamsburg’s overall feel. Parking was plentiful and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. My only complaint, and this seems to hold true in multiple properties lately is that I was unable to access their WiFi during my entire stay. Otherwise, I would have given this hotel five stars. I will definitely consider staying here again when visiting my family.
