"Very good staff, 5 minus 4 star location (it's in the center of the old.ciry but on a very jammed road where drivers press the horns non stop). Our room was small and the toilet stink but neither of these were untolerable. Location was the most important part about it for me so we didn't care much. But I don't think the hotel warrants the price it is charging. A week prior we stayed at Crowne Plaza Florya, and our room, hotel amenities were excellent for the same price."

"A hotel that concentrates on corporate clientele. The garden rooms overlook a noisy corporate events facility so opt for a room in the east wing if you want peace and quiet. Food very good but very overpriced as we’re the drinks."

"This is an old hotel, with a need for refreshing. The bathroom was actually quite updated, with a great shower, but the room was tired. The room (suite) was stuffy and had a vague smoke smell. The lobby and public spaces were nice and the breakfast was plentiful."
