Jude at front desk was so helpful. Frank and Jean Pierre at the main bar went above and beyond! Cecile and the rest of the staff in the Executive Lounge were an amazing. Cecile, especially, made it a point to welcome us and offer suggestions for sites to visit. She made sure we felt at home! Vianney was also extremely helpful and accommodating, while we waited to depart for the airport. Thank you for a beautiful end to an amazing vacation!"

"I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane helped report it to management, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended!"
