"The location of this hotel is what draws people there. The rooms are small, but you are in the location for the sites, not to stay in the room. It is a very busy hotel. The lobby is always busy. It is currently undergoing renovations, which makes the lobby look even smaller. The staff are very helpful, but we found that the housekeeping was lacking. We had run out of tissues, toilet paper, and towels. The room we were in got sun all day long (and the summer days in London are very long), so we had to keep the curtains drawn to help keep the room cooler because the air conditioners did not go lower than 72 degrees F. The food was delicious, the drinks were delightful, the staff very friendly, and the view beautiful! I would definitely stay there again."

"I went to this hotel during a very busy week in London. I was actually relatively impressed with how easy it was to get to and how nice the room was. Nothing to complain about there. What was really disappointing was the restaurant and bar situation. There were very few nearby restaurants, so when I checked in, I asked what time the restaurant and bar would open. They told me the bar was opening at five (it was the day of the England match) and that the restaurant would open at seven. The bar didn't open. The restaurant didn't open. And the staff at reception didn't even know. I kept coming back and asking if things were open. They looked really confused. In the end, it transpired that they didn't have enough staff to open either the bar or the restaurant. On a World Cup match day. When people were desperate to get a drink. Really disappointing that they just didn't have this information."

"This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of central London beside Tottenham Court Station. The rooms are small however are newly renovated with a great shower and air conditioning unit which is rare for London, most other hotels in the area are not as clean and don't have AC. They only change bedsheets and towels every 4 days but they can be requested at no charge from the front desk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in London"

"I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London."
