"Loud air conditioning in room, couldn't be turned off"

"This hotel smell amazing!! Rooms (suite) beautiful decorated with everything you need. Staff are so friendly and helpful didn’t book for breakfast so can comment on that. Bed was vey comfortable and the area has lovely cafe, shop and restaurant highly recommend a stay here. Will definitely be back. "

"Booked a room with kingsize bed but they all have disabled toilets. The room and bathroom was clean but walk in shower smelt from the drain. Not enough T bags and sugar for both of us in room and milk. Only half a toilet roll, we had to ask for more. The breakfast was ok but no fried eggs or mushrooms. The first morning was busy with a coach full of foreign tourist. We were woke up at 5am when they were going up and down corridors with no consideration for other residents and were rude at breakfast trying to push in front of us. That wasn't happening with me.😡. The staff were really friendly and it wasn't their fault. We have stayed at other holiday inns and breakfast been excellent. Unfortunately not here. Will not be staying again!"

"My room had no electrivityy when I put card in They supposedly upgraded me to room 152 Electric on and settled in for night Slept as I was shattered At ;4 am I wen5 toilet onky ti be kept awake by air conditioning units outside Constant hum Not good and this was supposed to be upgraded room"

"Ideal place for overnight in Cambridge!!! Location could not be better: 4 min walk from Kings College. Beautiful rooms, traditionally appointed, with Nespresso machine. Amazing full breakfast, cozy bar area. Lovely swimming pool with River view. Nice and helpful reception staff. Don't look anywhere else."

"The TV in the room didnt work. I had to use Youtube to watch the news. "
