"Fabulous hotel, lovely food, small bedrooms."

"Location in terms of restaurants, bars and shops was ideal. We stayed in room 202, right above the bars and we couldn’t sleep Due to drums and general music. The tv and lighting were temperamental "

"Staff were very polite & helpful Room was a decent size, all amenties in room catered for, room was also very clean, good sized bathroom & shower. Did feel as though the room was pretty poorly lit, & not much privacy as there seemed to be apartment windows right across from us. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was barely any hot food avaliable, even after we waited another 15/20 mins for them to re stock. I do feel the price of £215 for a nights stay was very steep for what we recieved. Would probably give an overall 3.5/5 "

"Arrived to find the room at 26c and air con broken . Reported it and got back later to find the choice was 26c or whole system off and cold. They left a noisy fan in the room. Obviously not a new issue so didnt get much sleep.Restaurant food quality very poor. Table next to us complained and sent most of theirs back. Tempura is not tempura but fried dried pieces of fish for £16 as a starter . Fish stew had 5 overcooked dried prawns still in their shell and a sauce that tasted like a tin of chopped tomatoes . Burger bun black on the top to carcinogenic levels . Cocktails sounded good but made without any care or quality and underwhelming. "
