"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Basic, but good basic. We were 3 people in our room and it was very, very small. You could not have opened a suitcase in there. Thankfully we all had backpacks, not cases. Nice and quiet and clean, with everything we needed, for a one night stay it was great, but I wouldn't stay for longer due to the small room (perhaps if it was just 2 people it wouldn't be so bad, but using the pull-out bed we could barely move around). AC worked which we were grateful for as it was 35C during our stay. Staff were very friendly but the breakfast (which was included in the price) was just ok. For convenience if visiting the O2, I would stay again. For any other reason, probably not."
