"This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling.
