Staff are very accommodating and will make sure you have a wonderful stay. Their welcome drink is very refreshing. They have a shuttle bus to/from Disneyland and is also a 15 minute walk if you choose not to wait for the shuttle. Location is also close to the shopping mall/restaurant which is very convenient.

I liked how big the room was. Love that there are shuttles to and from Disney. Very clean and good air conditioning. Hair dryer was not working, but they let us borrow one at the reception.

paid for suite with balcony and never got it. didnt bother argue with the staff and took room they gave me. room was clean and what we needed as we spent almost every day at Disney. walking distance to the park. also to mall. Overall i was satisfied with stay and would stay there again but would argue for what i paid for.

Fantastic Service and Price. The check in clerks were able to speak English and French effectively. The property is a very manageable walk to the park, AND is right next to a major shopping center with a train that goes right into Paris. If you are planning on making Disneyland part of your Paris adventure, I would heavily recommend this hotel for both Price and ease to get into the city. We did see a few silverfish during our week long stay, but that might be a bit inevitable. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful. The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped.

Overall, the stay was perfect for what we needed as a family, and we WILL be staying here again. The property is in a prime location with an easy 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks, and a 5 minute walk to the local shopping centre, which has everything you could possibly need. My only grumbles are that the hairdryer wasn't working (a minor inconvenience), and there was a collection of dust, dirt, and rubbish left by previous guests underneath the sofa bed. Other than that, the rest of our apartment, along with all the utensils and cooking equipment, was perfectly clean. We didn't really stay in the hotel other than for sleeping, so we cannot comment on the pool and other facilities. However, all the staff were very friendly and helped us out efficiently when our key stopped working due to a software upgrade. As mentioned at the start, we are happy overall with the value for money, and we will definitely be returning!

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location to Disney Paris and shopping. The room was very well kept. The pricing was very reasonable. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

The location of this hotel is great, 15-20 minute walk to Disney and across the road from Val d’Europe. The rooms are basic but clean and the kitchenette is very handy. You can get free coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

Clean place, great location. Great staff. Will definitely come back. Actually we stayed a couple days on Disney property as well but wish we had stayed here the whole time. Bigger rooms, laundry room on grounds and a free shuttle to Disney. Nice pool! Free coffee with sugar cubes 😋also has air conditioning which one Disney hotel does not.

The property is very conveniently located. Walking distance from the metro station. Management was also accommodating, specifically one person, Ibrahim. He was very helpful. However the rooms were in dilapidated condition. We had to switch rooms twice in a 3 night stay. First room, the AC wasn’t working, being in a higher floor, AC is essential in the summer. The microwave was also replaced that didn’t work. And the hair dryer also did not work. We eventually had to switch rooms, the second room was smaller. With 3 adults. Which is fine. But the carpet was heavily stained. The dishwasher didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. And the hair dryer didn’t work. Overall. Nice people. Good location. But do not expect any sort of amenities to actually work. Would not book again. For the price, VERY disappointing.

We just had a great stay in an apartment, the staff on reception were helpful and efficient. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks and the route is easy and on one level. The free shuttle bus was also very convenient. We would definitely come back here when visiting Disney.

This is a very well located and well maintained apartment hotel. A public park and a large shopping center are within a few minutes walk. Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Vallee train station are around a 15-20 minute walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was great and compensated us with a free breakfast as our requested balcony room was not available.
