The Staff was wonderful, professional and courteous. My disappointment was with no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink, but after a significant amount of time waiting, I gave up. Very unfortunate as I was between a long train ride and even longer flight the next day. It’s my first disappointing Hilton stay.
