"Excellent staff service "

"Location was very convenient and lively especially at night. Room was clean and the AC was strong. We faced the side with the trains but slept fine as we aren’t light sleepers. The view of the city was great from our 16th floor window as well! Loved the hotel scent in all the common areas. "

"The staff at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo were sooo kind. The entire hotel was clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area close to multiple train stations. There was a 7 eleven, Starbucks and many local restaurants nearby. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. "

"Close to train & subway terminals. Very nice room, really superb breakfast, especially if you're willing to venture from traditional western/American fare. Omelets were cooked to order, and reliably good (across 3 days). We were given a room upgrade (size), which was nice, although from lying in bed, our view of the skytree was blocked by wall. Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out."

"Lots of amenities but the pool Was not advertised as an extra payment . The pool was also closed for the season and this was not advertised on the website The laundry was helpful and cheap if you could manage to get a spot. The spa was small but relaxing. Overall was great because the location was next to everything ! "
