Residenza delle Arti is a rare jewel. Perfectly located in Trastavere close to the Tiber and easy walkable Trastavere area dining & attractions as well as river crossings to the heart of Rome’s most famous sites i.e., Fontana Trevi, Collesseo, Via del Corso and Vatican City’s Saint Peter’s Basilica et al many more; lace up your comfortable walking shoes. Spacious, clean, well appointed rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Grazie Mille host Ursula for a wonderful stay in Rome.

Uruzula was so kind and made us feel so welcomed. Great location, able to walk to all the Rome highlights in under/around 30 minutes. Accommodation was clean and overall really enjoyed our stay! Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in the Trastevere area. Ursula was a great host. Very walkable, and lots of great restaurants and gelato shops in the area. Only downside was a VERY loud AC unit, but there were earplugs provided in the room to counteract, as the property is located along a very busy street as well.

Clean and spacious ensuite room, with free safe, fridge, breakfast, and very friendly and helpful owners, Ursula and her son, David, who are happy to make sure you have everything to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. Residenza delle Arti is clean, well-kept and has lots of character. It's also so convenient, you can visit all the main attractions on foot, but you also have a tram and bus stop really close-by. What makes the place so special though is Ursula and her son, Lorenzo. They are the most lovely, welcoming, helpful and hospitable people I have ever met. Nothing is too much for them.

Urzula was a fantastic host, as was her son whom checked us in, looks are very deceiving from outside, once in it’s like a time warp, beautiful and quirky. We found some of the best restaurants around the back of the property, but loads in front tucked away. Very easy to get to from the airport by train and then tram (tickets sold in the kiosk across the street) the tram stops around 20m past the door. We walked everywhere after that to all the sites, as all very easy to get to by foot.

Urzula made our visit to Rome incredible!!! Met us for an early check in after our transatlantic flight and helped us so many times with where to go - restaurant recommendations and everything - even surprising us with a little champagne and cake for my birthday on our first night! Location fantastic for getting around - a bit of a busy street but everything else about the room was amazing and Urzula’s attention truly made everything worth it!!! Nice variety of little breakfast treats, including some meats and cheese and fruits for me (I’m GF) and the room had big windows and shutters and the chining bell tower across the street was like out of a movie! Highly recommend!

Ursula the host was extremely friendly, their whole family were helpful to us, and too bad we only stayed one night. The room was twice the size of a comparable value room in Europe. We understood there will be some noise as the windows face onto the main road, if you are afraid of noisy lively neighborhoods then don’t come to Trastevere and leave Rome immediately.

Very welcoming place to stay in a great location. We stayed here for 5 nights in April. Urszula ordered a taxi to pick us up from the airport for 55€ which was well worth doing after an early flight. We were greeted on arrival by Urszula who was very welcoming and explained everything to us. The room was more like a suite and very comfy with a very powerful shower. There were lots of choices for breakfast which you just helped yourself to between 8 and 10 and ate it in your room. The location was great with an ATM machine next door and a taxi rank and bus stop down the road. We chose Trastevere to stay in because of the great variety of restaurants and bars all in a small area. A perfect choice for the evening. The hotel is just across the bridge from the centre of Rome so everywhere is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Urszula’s hospitality was second to none.

When we first pulled up to the property and saw the street block is covered in graffiti we were a bit worried but the minute you are greeted by Ursula you feel so welcome and cared for. Ursula and her son, David, are wonderful hosts, explaining the area, the coffee machine, kitchen use, etc. The area is very convenient with tram & taxi stand less than a block away. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, with a large, very clean, very nice bathroom and big closet. A big window looked over the square. We loved getting b’fast right outside our room, so easy, and could make a cappuccino/espresso and a snack in the afternoon. We had good dinners at restaurants in the area behind the hotel, a very lovely area, and much quieter than the area across the street which also has many cafes, and shops, but is more crowded. Despite a lot of graffiti on the buildings the area felt safe to us and we were very comfortable walking around at night. Ursula helped us with our luggage and had a car arranged to the airport (55 euro, very much worth it). We hope to return as there is so much more to see in Rome and this was a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.
