Fantastic staff, really helpful. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from termini station which I found easy .rooms are great - mine was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is didn’t like being asked at checkout to leave a tip for all the staff to share.

Staff was awesome, extremely polite and helpful. Location is the best especially if you like to use bus or train services. The environment was safe and welcoming. Near all of the best most visited attractions in Rome.
