Friendly front desk. Breakfast had a good variety. The serviers were friendly.
Location is a few minutes walking to the Colesseum along with just walking around various streets to discover restaurant and shopping gems!
The room was clean, well-lit, bathroom was nice and had good towels.
The TV with Netflx connection is always a plus.
Beautiful, elegant hotel. The restaurants were staffed with warm, knowledgeable professionals. This is my second time staying here and will do so again if given the out visit Rome in the future.
Excellent stay, friendly, helpful staff, great location. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The air conditioning could have been a little cooler

The room was beautiful and arriving and finding chocolates in the room was a wonderful surprise. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was centrally located near a number of Rome attractions.

Recently remodeled 8th floor suite was lovely for our last night in Rome especially the balconies overlooking the city at night
Great location. It’s a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Nice lobby bar with good food and drink options. Breakfast buffet was offered but a bit pricy at 30 euro. Really close to coliseum, walkable to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Walkable or short taxi to Termini train station. Would recommend.
Location and room was great. Clean area, and very well maintained. Food service was bad and the language barrier was tough communicating when there was an issue.
