"We had a wonderful stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort! The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The resort has a great atmosphere and is a perfect place to unwind after exploring Banff and the surrounding mountains. Everything was clean, quiet, and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Banff Rocky Mountain Resort to anyone visiting the Banff area and looking for a comfortable place to stay!"

"Was a great place to stay! Unique decor with a really neat hot tub! Staff was excellent! Helpful whenever I needed anything. The restaurant on site had delicious food and the staff there was excellent as well!! Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Banff!!!"

"Clean cozy cabin. Not truly large enough for the pull out bed in the kitchen. I’d recommend the cabins for 2 people but not more. Loved the sauna and the hot tub was nice but always busy. Good location - close enough to walk to the town center. Staff was nice and accommodating."

"The view was so beautiful! Staff were very accommodating & friendly. My grandson asked for a tour of the Roosevelt Suite which they provided right away. The building has lots of history. Added benifit is it’s close to the springs!"

"We had a loft room that was nice and spacious. The hotel itself is quite dated and not kept up very well. There was a water leak in the hallway and the ceiling was damaged. Large part of the floor was wet. Our young kids all got a chemical burn after spending a few hours in the pool. Not a great overall experience. It was fairly cheap for banff. The playhouse was fun for the kids but felt a bit like a dungeon as the lighting was poor. "

"There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."
