"We had an interesting stay at this hotel.
Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of the elevator noise. We were placed in a room backing onto the elevator, which makes some horrendous noises. This disturbed us throughout the night as well as the condition of the pullout couch. Other than that, the room was lovely. On our second night, I asked to move rooms and the only thing available was still close to the elevator and unfortunately, we had the same issues. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us and were very understanding. They were kind enough to cancel our last night because we just couldn’t sleep.
We liked the fact that it was pet friendly, and the kids enjoyed the pool very much although it seemed to be quite murky and they both got rashes from the pool.
Breakfast was your average complementary breakfast and we enjoyed it for the most part.
The view from the hotel is lovely, and we found the rooms clean and in decent condition. Our fireplace in our second room did not work and we asked to have it fixed twice, someone came twice, thought they fixed it, but then it would stop working again.
We would stay at this hotel again if we weren’t near the noisy elevator."
