Hyatt Regency Rochester
At 8:25 in the morning on the day that we were leaving, which happened to be a Sunday. Housekeeping staff knocked at our door and then entered our room and we were still in bed.

Unfortunately we were unimpressed with the property and our stay. The room was very "average" overall. The television was very small maybe 30" (but we recognize people don't go to hotels to watch TV).
