Wyndham Rochester Downtown
Room was dirty. My room didn’t have a refrigerator, phone, microwave, hairdryer, soap, or shampoo. The staff member I dealt with was less than helpful and rude. I would not recommend staying here to anybody. Ever.

The hotel was a great property in a great part of town. Front desk staff were very friendly, they gave me a late check out without any problems.
