We love going there but the rooms need updating. The TV was broken and we called the front desk and no one came. The Spa was Fabulous. We had pedicures and massages. So relaxing. We do love going there a couple times a year.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
Best Western Marketplace is always my go to when I visit Rochester. As always, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff are always nice and helpful.

Serena was friendly & very helpful. Room was great, Extremely clean & very comfortable. Sunday breakfast had limited options. No fruit & ran out off waffle batter.No staff available at breakfast.
