Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
The staff was great and the rooms were clean. We were on the third floor. The bathroom is extremely small and the water in the shower never got hot. At best it was like warm.
