Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room.

Wyndham Rochester Downtown
The hotel keeps charging my card after I ’ve already paid. Had to wait a few hour after to get checked in. Rooms were not clean. Did not get what I booked. No clean towels or rags. Toilets were clogged.

We chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool and we wanted to exercise before we got on an airplane. However, the pool was closed due to a broken heater. Their breakfast was okay but certainly wasn't worth paying for when there's so many other restaurants around. There was a big rip carpet ...
