The room said it had a microwave but there was no microwave. The refrigerator was barely cold, no way of adjusting it. There were only 2 towels despite the room able to hold 4 people. Upon entering the Reception area, the rug in front of the reception desk was visibly dirty. Also the door handle to my room had white dust on it. The property needs an uplift.
