The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Updated room with fireplace that worked very well. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the pool, hot tub, and cafe!!! Great place to stay!!!

The condo was great! Everything was spotless! There were a couple broken things, which i noted to the management company, but it in no way deterred from our visit or would keep us from booking again! Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
We were there for the Christmas Lights Parade and the hotel was right on the route and we were able to borrow chairs for front row seats The room was spacious with up to date appliances
