"Our room could have used a little bit more tidying but the staff are what made our stay so great. The entertainment staff and bartenders really made an effort to make our time enjoyable, fun, and feel like home. Librado, Julio, and Rodrigo were incredibly friendly and always put a smile on our faces. They are so so sweet. The entertainment staff, including Carlos, Giampaolo, Alejandro, Claudia, Job, and Xim were all so amazing. Besides having a great time at the resort, we made so many friends. Each and every staff member made our stay amazing - Bahía Príncipe Tulum truly wouldn’t be the same without all of the staff. "

"We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. "Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. I got a facial/cranial sacral massage and my husband got a massage with three different modalities. We both loved our treatments. The property is well maintained and has a variety of restaurants. Its located inside a gated community so you can walk outside the resort and explore a little without a car. You can rent a golf cart if you want to. There is a nice public beach you can walk to. "

"We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort."

"The room was immaculate both morning and night. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!"
