Riviera Maya hotel rooms a the H10 Hoteles

"I really loved this resort. I would suggest staying in the palace to be able to go to all the others. The Mayan Mall was really fun for the whole family between bowling, arcade, ice skating, etc. The staff was extremely friendly, my kids and I all had a wonderful time."

"Everythignnwas great! Be aware that the beach thugh is swimable and water was warm on the last couple of days there was quite of bot of seaweed. Though the staff was trying really hard to keep cleaning it up. Food was good. One thing I was diappointed was pizza and coffee. I am not sure how pizza;s were never done. They were baked on top and pretty raw at the bottom. Thank God for the capucinno and expresso at the bar that made up for the coffee. Overall very happy with this respor definitely will go back."

"Our experience at Dreams Resort Tulum was extremely disappointing. At checkout, the resort added a $200 charge for what they claimed were “bodily fluids” on the sheets, when in reality, it was simply makeup. When we questioned the charge, we were threatened with involving the authorities if we didn’t pay. We were traveling with a large group, and several of us were hit with the same $200 fee for various questionable reasons, which felt unfair and excessive. To make matters worse, from the very first day, we received early morning calls (as early as 8:00 AM) pressuring us to attend a timeshare presentation. The constant sales pitches followed us throughout the resort and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning."

"Super clean room, shuttle service was very responsive, making restaurant reservations was easy (steakhouse has the best food), lots of free activities on property. Only complaint we were not told we needed close toed shoes for the bike tour so we ended up having to cancel. Also wish they provided shuttle service from airport."

"The staff were very friendly. The iced lattes were great. Service was exceptional! Food was also very good. I would have liked to see more chairs and umbrellas for the pool and beach areas. Do not book transportation with the hotel, as it’ll cost you almost double the price. I found some local taxis that were much cheaper. For example, the hotel quoted me $105 USD for a one way trip to Tulum, but I found a gentlemen via Google and texted him through WhatsApp and paid $60 USD. That said, staff were very helpful with finding transportation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I am sad to leave. "
