A huge shoutout to Luis, our butler, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. He made everything effortless from helping with reservations to checking in and making sure we always had what we needed. His attention to detail really elevated our experience. Also, Eugenio at the pool deserves special recognition! He was the best pool butler always friendly, attentive, and making sure drinks were full and everyone was having a great time. He brought such positive energy to the pool area every day. The staff truly make this resort special. We left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and already talking about coming back. "This resort has two great activity pools and a large, quiet pool. Finding chairs was rarely an issue . Our room was amazing and the food was exceptional. We booked our a la carte meals with the lobby cincierge when we arrived and he was great. There is definitely a lot of walking as it's a huge resort, so bring a good neach/pool bag and travel mug so you dont have to go back and forth to your room. That said, Grand Sirenis is definitely a resort we'll visit again. "

"Staff is extremely helpful and aim to please. Although often appears to be hoping for a tip. Rooms design are frustratingly inefficient. Not enough drawer space, a useless armour that had no rod to hang anything, and no shelves or drawers. We kept out shoes at the bottom. . Not enough hooks to hang robes or wet towels. Bathroom has no drawers at all so all of your toiletries have to be kept on the counter. Housekeeping appeared to loose interest in us as the week progressed. The special snacks were only restocked the first four days No more M&Ms or pringles chips . I suppose that’s just for the newbies! "

"Very large property with multiple resorts. Good on property transportation with cart trains running regularly. Amazing, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained grounds. Pools seemed clean and well maintained. Buffet not great with mislabeled dishes and repetitive choices. Often out of stock. Limited gluten free options for celiac daughter. Buffet closed from 3:30-6 with very limited options at other snack bar locations, also often out of stock."
