"Coco Unlimited is so sweet and I am so happy I chose it for my first trip to Tulum. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s unbelievable how kind they all are. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy, comfortable, and enjoying your stay. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the grounds and cleaning staff. The restaurant is delicious. The view and access to the sea is great. The rooms are super pretty. The pool area is awesome- love the waterfall feature. It’s simply a perfect vacay experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel over all the pumped up hotels on the Playa. The vibe here is super cool and mellow and human scale. Very different from what is up the road. Coco is your Tulum if you want a pretty, yummy, kind, happy, chill experience."

"Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening. "

"Clean room. Amazing staff. This was my 4th stay at this resort and will not be my last. Calm, quiet and not crowded. The monkeys did not disappoint as usual. Much better experience than our last stay and even that wasn't horrible, just a lack of golf carts throughout the day. This trip was every 10 minutes or less so a great improvement. All areas were very clean and well maintained."
