The room was spotless, steps to the beach, plenty to do, Tiki Bar was awesome, staff so helpful. WiFi barely worked, but other than that I would def come again. No frills, but great place to lay your head if you want to just do the beach.

This was our second visit. Fun both times. We stayed on the 3rd floor king studio, no kitchen, partial view. Awesome view of the the Gulf from the balcony. Lots of things to do there for adults and kids, beautiful attached beach!

Our room had a good view. If your going with kids, it's a good place. We went for our anniversary week and couldn't sleep for all the noise. Just a bad week to go since some were on spring break.

We dont use the facility to much.....Small pool, many many kids, we wasnt able to use the spa, becouse small and full of minors.. bad experience... room balcony was a little view to the beach and sharing with the next room, with people was smoking.. also any tv wasnt work....SO NEVER BACK THERE ....

Pros: You don’t have to leave the resort if you dont want to. Beautiful view, convenient amenities. All vacuums were taken, but front office staff was helpful and let me borrow broom. Tiki bar, poolside restaurant were convenient. The kids had fun and would def come back Cons: I would ask for a broom or vacuum to be readily available for sand. Room got hot after showering, even with AC on. Restaurant food was ok. Hallways could be cleaner (carpet and sand) Walls were a bit thin and we could hear movement from upstairs and downstairs

I have to start mention the staff is very nice. All are very polite and try their best. Saying this, I have to say the property looks terrible. Old, nasty, smells like sewer. We couldn’t use our elevator during the stay because the smell inside was unbearable. It’s an old property and no maintenance seems to be done in a long time. It’s a real shame because the property is perfectly located and the beach is amazing.

Location to beach and view is very nice. Tiki bar and heated pool was nice too. Really, it’d be a VERY nice place if received TLC. It’s an old establishment and it shows every bit. There has been some cosmetic updates - new faucets paint, flooring in rooms. However, entire property has seen better days. Lobby has strange smell. Food shack onsite is run down, as are the beds, linens, and rooms. The walls are SUPER thin - we heard EVERY step and move above us, outside our door, and outside patio door. The pool tables you pay $2 - my opinion should be included-and all balls not there. We stayed 4 nights and were comfortable enough for half of it.
