"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. And now I can’t get any type of at least partial refund from Expedia or the hotel. "

I especially appreciated how spotless everything was — you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.
