We were put in the handicap room. The shower had mold in the tiles and chuncks of black stuff comming off the hand held shower head.I couldn't get out quick enough. I didn't feel clean after that. The property in general needs to be updated.

Beds are comfy and clean, I love the breakfast and the toiletries.Staff is absolutely wonderful. Cost is pricey and it always seems to book quickly. The lobby, halls, and elevator always smells like pizza and perfume which I find to be weird...but the good outweighs the bad-we will always stay here if we can!

Room was clean for the most part, some dust and dirt in places, but nothing that bothered us. Bed was comfortable, sheets towels, etc. were fine. Was told the room included a microwave oven, it was not in the room. When I asked, they did bring one up. The staff was very responsive to requests. I especially appreciated the people who made up the rooms each day. If you wanted something, they got it for you promptly with a smile. The free breakfast was pretty good and with a wide variety of choices. We did not like the inconvenience of road construction where the hotel was located, but not the hotel's fault, jackhammers at 8 am when trying to sleep in not the best. I would stay there again although the price was a bit high for our room.

Nice area with a beautiful downtown area. Seems like a growing area and seems to be pretty short on decent restaurants. Mostly chain fast food offerings.
