"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it.
Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...
"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2...

"The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future.

"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."

"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "
