"The staff was great. The rooms were nice and big. The air conditioner was broken and had to change rooms at 1am. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were broken the only working ice machine and laundry were on the first floor. Most of the exercise equipment was broken and my wife and daughter got stuck in the elevator and had to make an emergency call. "

"We had a great stay overall! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our visit especially pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to provide a few more pillows for added comfort. That said, everything else was wonderful. The location was excellent and made getting around very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others!"
