The Front Desk staff were so friendly and very helpful especially Mariel. She went above and beyond and her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. i would stay here again because of her. The breakfasts were great and food manager was very friendly.

I gave this hotel a terrible review because of an issue I ran into. I rented the hotel room for two nights. I showed up at 8am to check in and they had cancelled my reservation for the stay. I booked my experience through Expedia and the hotel manager stated they did not have my phone number in order to contact. Realistically, when making reservations through Expedia you are asked for your information and the amount of people checking in. The manager was quick to tell me that they cancelled my stay for one night and billed me as well, but stated that she could call Expedia to be able to house me the second night. I was completely disappointed about this experience because let’s just say for conversation sake let’s say she didn’t know what to do with the night I did not show up, she could have made the same effort calling Expedia to confirm that I was in fact wanting to cancel my reservation. Luckily, there was a Days Inn-Wyndham Salado, that was able to assist me with a reservation. It was older but the everything was immaculately cleaned and organized and the host and hostess were cordial and the complimentary continental breakfast was good!! So shout out to Days Inn-Wyndham.

Our stay was quite nice! We had a very late check in, but they accommodated for our arrive which was very appreciative. The rooms were clean and tidy, and our AC worked perfectly throughout the night for the warm weather. The breakfast nice as well, the waffles by themselves could’ve filled us up!
