The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. I happened to find out that I was from the same area originally as one of the front desk agents, which shows how much they're willing to interact with guests and get to know them. The rooms were nice and spacious and everything was clean. It was easy to request anything that I needed. I will be staying at this property every time that I come to visit!

Made it by check out time! Being from the Northshore of New Orleans, I still had a family celebration that day at Ft Hood. Although being checked out, the hotel clerk Yashira, offered me a place to relax, get dressed and even complimented me on how pretty I looked! Above and Beyond! Unexpected and great guest services not common everywhere so that’s what stood out about the trip- oh, and I got to look pretty for my nephews Officer commencement as 2nd Lieutenant ceremonies!

Excellent staff, beyond polite, very friendly, felt at home in a hotel. Marriott definitely has an eye for hiring the right people. The breakfast was another one of the out of ballpark hits. It was ample and had a great variety. Definitely, staying here next time!
