"Hotel is great, unique due to the type of building. Apartment style is a great size for the money. Despite the rooms having brick walls and the building being a converted mill the rooms are very warm and cozy. Only complaint would be to have net curtains to let natural light in whilst retaining privacy."

"Great hotel with modern spacious and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think I got a trainee when ordering dinner though as he was a little unsure what to do. This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food."
