"Great property for our family stay at a great price. Pool was really nice. Water was nice and hot in the soaker tub after a long day walking around Williamsburg. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it. And for the price it was unbeatable. Staff was quick and efficient at check in. "

"Lots to do for family: mini golf, volleyball, ping pong, pool chess, Hot tub, pool. Even occasional special events. Great staff, but only person on desk so you might have to wait to check in. Different types of properties, ours was dated but clean, smelled fine, spacious. No breakfast without a sales pitch but that was expected. Do look at your receipt: $17 resort fee not included even if Expedia states everything included. But that is not on the resort. Overall a great value for families!"

"I would not consider a "very good rating" to be an accurate rating for this property. The breakfast barely qualified as breakfast and the staff were not prepared to handle the large soccer team that they had at the property with only one staff person available on a Saturday night. I blame this on poor management."

"Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room clean and decent, needs trash bags. Enjoyed the king size bed, very comfortable. Small dining table would be nice in the room. Pool is very nice and clean. Price a little high for one night. Needs better parking. Over all we will be back again."
