However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools,...

"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). "Nossa segunda estadia no hotel. Quarto amplo e confortável, um bom café da manhã. Piso dentro do box escorregadio, precisamos usar uma sandália de borracha. Achamos descabido cobrar aluguel caso quiséssemos usar o cofre, nunca vi isso em nenhum dos hotéis que costumamos nos hospedar. Presenciamos pessoas escorregando no piso externo, foi necessário estenderem algumas toalhas de banho pra evitar acidentes. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. "
