A limpeza estava boa, no entanto, nos cantos da casa de banho e junto ao puxador da porta estava sujo. Na minha opinião, as camas nao eram confortáveis. O colchão era mole e os vidros deveriam ser mais reforçados, pois logo pelas 6/7h da manhã já se ouvia muito barulho da rua. O pequeno almoço apesar de pequeno, era saboroso e agradável. A piscina do hotel apesar de pequena, é muito agradável para refrescar. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e cordiais.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, a localização e excelente. No entanto deixou a desejar na limpeza dos talheres do cafe da manhã, apresentando sobra de comida mesmo depois de lavados, as mesas do salão de café nao são limpas adequadamente após o uso. No quarto os travesseiros são muito finos aparentando já estarem bastante usados. Roupa de cama apresentando alguns rasgados e a limpeza parece nao ter sido feita em alguns dias, mesmo tendo solicitado.

Hotel sem elevador e sem serviço de concierge. Minha mãe tem 62 anos, não tem condições de subir com malas pesadas. Pedimos ao atendente a gentileza de levar as malas e fomos informadas de forma grosseira que ele não poderia fazer. Muito barulho das camareiras nos corredores no periodo da manhã.

Foi muito bom, o hotel é lindo e bem localizado, perto de tudo. A única coisa que precisam se atentar é trocar as vasilhas que colocam o queijo e o presunto pq estão quebradas e pode entrar bichinhos no alimento.

Razoável, tem um otima localização, por outro lado fiquei perto da aerea de alimentaçao no terreo, o barulho comecava as 6 da manhã, barulho de cozinha mesmo, peatos, pessoas falando, as paredes nao protegem com o som, o quarto do lado as vozes parecem que estao dentro do seu quarto, para quem procura descanso é bem complicado. Se vc gosta de ficar na pusvina ao final da tarde não recomendo, ela fica no terreo e é super pequena. Se sua viagem é de 2 a 3 dias, rapida o custo beneficio é bom. Outra coisa fiquei no terreo então minga janela dava para um praça, nso conseguia deixar a cortina aberta.

O hotel tem um café da manhã excelente, bem completo e variado, a localização não poderia ser melhor: maravilhosa, o que precisa melhorar é o enxoval, principalmente toalhas e pisos do banheiro que encontram-se bem surrados, mas o hotel é maravilhoso com atendimento de toda equipe muito simpática, voltaremos em breve com certeza!
