Necessário melhorias.

Colchao em péssima condicao dos dois quartos que ficamos, café da manha pareciam que estavam racionando as comidas, pouca fruta, um dia fizeram tapioca de massa o outro dia nao tinha nem tapioca, faltou pao e queijo. Estacionamento com poucas vagas comparadao ao número de quarto, sendo assim os que chegam mais tarde tem que deixar na rua lateral.

Excelente custo benefício. A sugestão é a troca do colchão de casal da suite família, já está afundado em ambos os lados. Tirando isso, tem um ótimo café, ar gelando, bom preço e localização, vale a pena.

Ótima localização e conforto!

Ótimo hotel, a localização é muito boa, não tem vista para o mar, mas fica muito perto da feirinha e da orla com muitas opções de restaurantes. O estacionamento é rotativo e não tem muitas vagas.

Estadia boa, hotel confortável, recepção excelente super prestativos e educados. Cafe da manhã ótimo. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza da piscina estava cheia de areia e alguns matos devido a limpeza da grama que um dos funcionários tinha feito, cheguei a avisar na recepção porém o problema não foi solucionado, isso continuou por vários dias.

Hotel perfeito em Maceió.

Melhor custo beneficio da cidade, café excelente com variedade de comida, tapioca, frios e frutas, muito bom! Quartos bem limpinhos, tv e wifi funcionando, piscina muito gostosa e ambiente excelente para família, amei esta no hotel Palmanova e vou voltar novamente.

Avaliação Hotel Palmanova

A estadia de forma geral foi de ruim para péssima. A limpeza do banheiro estava ruim, o quarto fica de frente para uma avenida movimentada, então descansar esquece. O quarto com pintura mofada e estufada, colchão desconfortável, colchão da cama de solteiro apenas o caixote do box, sem colchão praticamente. Passamos com o intuito de descansar para seguir viagem, porém não foi possível. Haviam hóspedes na área de piscina após as 22hs e os mesmos com som alto e conversando alto, enfim, cansamos de esperar o hotel tomar uma atitude e decidimos continuar viagem meia noite.

Baixo Custo-benefício!

Passamos 7 dias e as duas vezes que deixamos para limpeza do quarto apenas passaram a vassoura e esticaram os lençóis, não colocaram toalhas suficientes e tivemos que pedir toalhas e papel higiênico na recepção porque também não foi reposto. O café da manhã resoavel, infelizmente vários dias ficamos bastante tempo esperando uma mesa ser desocupada para poder sentar e tomar um café decente. Além de tudo isso o choveiro estava dando choque. Não recomendo!

Olá, eu fiz uma reserva dia 06-08-22, no quarto tinha muito mofo(parede e teto). A limpeza foi outro ponto que chamou a atenção, pois nó lençol de uma das camas havia alguns pelos. Ao tentar ligar a televisão do hotel, deu um curto circuito, que acabou queimando a luz do banheiro.
