Best Barra Location!

We stayed here a few times already because it’s beachfront and close to lots of dining options, groceries, and pharmacies. Comfortable room with king size bed and gorgeous views!

Good hotel when internet works

I was given a wonderful room with a great ocean view on a upper floor. I had a couple of minor issues with the room that were not the fault of the hotel and they were promptly taken care of. One that I did find that was unacceptable was that the internet went out every single morning. I notified hotel staff 4 of my 7 days about this. 1 day it was immediately fixed and I received a call from the front desk telling me that. The other 3 day the front desk staff acted like it was something that never happened before. As someone who was traveling alone from out of the country. I relied on the hotel internet to communicate with in country friends who were coming to pick up. Needles to say that on my last day. The internet didn't work, I notified the front desk staff. 2 hours later there was still no internet. I had to turn my roaming on on my phone. This cost me extra money and frustration. The evening shift front desk staff were an absolute treat. They were so nice and helpful. I can not say enough good things about them.

I had to replace room keys twice as they won't open the door, finally, I was changed to another bedroom. Staff looked like overwhelmed. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant, it was not bad, but expensive for the quality and variety of food.

Hotel con posizione impagabile, a due passi dalla via centrale e fronte mare. Camere spaziose con letti molto comodi. Pulizia e personale ok. Foi um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei. Chegamos e o atendente da recepção é super grosso, ríspido, nem olha na nossa cara. Além disso, tudo é cobrado, tudo, até a mala pra vc guardar, caso não esteja ainda no horário do checkin, tem que pagar. Pra fazer o checkin antecipado, mesmo que o quarto esteja disponível vc tem que pagar 400 reais. Também tem que pagar 400 reais de caução pra caso vc quebre algo no quarto. O café da manhã é o pior que já vi. Pouquíssimas opções, o ovo mexido parece mais sopa de ovo, só uma água horrível. Se vc não for cedo, vc pega uma fila imensa pra poder tomar café, pq o local do café é pequeno para o número de hóspedes. O que o hotel tem de bom? A vista, somente! Isso pra quem paga pelo quarto com vista que foi o meu caso, e é bem mais caro. Mas de resto nada vale a pena. Não me hospedarei lá novamente. Tem outros hotéis muito melhores na mesma localidade.
