And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. "We stayed there in between hotel checkout, and a late night flight so just basically a nap and a shower. Surprisingly, very quiet for Rio. Clean room really great communication with the host. My only concern was the shower curtain that kept falling. That’s literally the only complaint I have, other than that, everything else was great."

"Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

"Our experience at this hotel was good overall. The room was clean and in decent shape. I loved the shower water pressure it felt like a small water cascade. The construction noise outside the hotel kept us from sleeping late during the first few nights at the hotel. The pool (very cold) and the gym were small although the view from the terrace was beautiful. Staff was usually helpful and our breakfast server William was kind and greeted us every morning with hot coffee and a smile. He made our stay much better...Obrigado William!!!"
