I’ve stayed in this property before, and I really liked it. But this time I stayed in a different room which was outdated and looked really depressing. So I now have mixed feelings as they cannot guarantee a guest could choose stay in the updated rooms or not.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück war gut, frisch und abwechlungsreich. Hotel lieg in der nähe von zwei Metros (Catete und Largo do Machado), 200m entfernt. Das Hotel ist umgeben von unzählige Restaurants, Imbisse und Unterschiedliche Geschäfte. Ich empfehle weiter.👍

Super friendly staff! I stayed at the hotel for five days in the treatment was amazing from the reception, room services, and to the kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to explore the Botago area and be near to traditional landmarks.

Me colocaram em um quarto onde todos os ar condicionados estavam ligados no lado de fora e uma lâmpada piscava atrás do guarda-roupa mesmo com todas as luzes desligada. Pedi para trocar de quarto e me deram outro, como eu me virava na cama ela fazia barulho e o cobertor estava rasgado. Ele não é um hotel 4 estrelas de forma alguma. O custo benefício não compensa.
