Really good place to stay. Breakfast buffet was great, but didn’t get room upgrade or even a room with a bed for a couple. We got 2 twin beds and had to place them together. Still, restaurant and pool was great. The best is the proximity to the beach and their beach services! Really friendly staff too.

The reception staff are quite busy so a little unapproachable. Hotel is in a great location and very clean. Noise levels from the beachfront are quite high and the room is not very well sound proofed. The gym is poorly equipped. Breakfast was good.

Riale Brisa hotel stay was great beautiful partial view from the balcony. Front beach with amazing view Clean, great customer service. The swimming pool is awesome. Breakfast has lots options and was pretty good. Just the dinner meals could be improved and the uncooked pizza was let down. Otherwise the hotel is Highly recommended 👍

Rooms are a bit dated; however, they were kept clean. The view is outstanding. My praise for Lohan for an outstanding customer service and for Victor for his accomodations from date one. Breakfast was very good with a daily good selection

A decent hotel in nice location

I've stayed in hotel Riale Brisa Barra for several nights during my stay in Rio. The hotel was nice and tidy, but rooms would need a bit of renovation in the future. Some of the wooden parts were worn out and you could see that the time from last renovation has passed. The area it self was really nice and calm. You could go to beach easily, it was located really neatly in front of the hotel and there was also an bicycle route on the beach side. For one who would like to go for a jog or a swim, hotel is excellently well located. The neighboring area was also really calm during my stay, which was a huge bonus. Based on my experience, I could really recommend staying here if you like to surf, run and be a bit isolated from the fuzz of the big city.

Loved the ocean view from our room and the bar service at the pool. The included breakfast offered variety and satisfactory quality. Our bathroom was dirty and full of mold. It was in poor repair and made the whole room smell unhealthy. Housekeeping did not change our towels. Checking in was painful. It was nice the agent spoke English but the process was slow and inefficient. There was an issue with our reservation which Expedia resolved but the hotel was unhelpful. Before checkout I shared my concerns and no apology or compensation was offered. Checkout was slow. The price we paid was very good in Canadian Dollars but I would not recommend this hotel in its current condition and lack of staff training.

O hotel é bom em geral. Só não achei legal o "caução" que eles pedem de 150 reais para possíveis consumo. Poderiam cobrar no checkout, como todos os outros.

A cama não é boa. Possui alguns buracos; bem desconfortável. Um dos elevadores não estava funcionando o que gerou muito transtorno. Estava no 11º andar e era impraticável usar as escadas e o elevador em uso era muito pequeno.
